Good location and liked the pool right from the door.

I experienced issues with the air conditioning, which struggled to keep the room cool during the day. While the staff attempted to fix it, it was still inadequate at times. the Wi-Fi was disappointing, making it difficult to stay connected. The dining options at the resort were overpriced and didn't match the quality one would expect, leading me to seek meals elsewhere.

The pool is stunning, with direct access from the room and a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and excellent dining options.

The incredible unique pool design allowed us to relax directly from our terrace. Live music during our stay added a lovely touch, enhancing the overall ambiance of the resort.

Serene environment, excellent location, the outdoor swimming pool was directly accessible from my room, allowing for a refreshing dip at any time, and the included breakfast options provided were delicious and satisfying.

The Gili Air Lagoon offered a great location just off the beach with an infinity pool adjacent to the restaurant/bar. The staff were remarkably helpful and the room, while dated, had a strong air conditioning system and always provided hot water. The breakfast included was not only basic but also delicious, and despite some minor issues, the blissful ambiance made for an enjoyable stay.

I had a great time at Gili Air Lagoon Resort By Waringin Hospitality! The One-Bedroom Cottage Pool Lagoon was spacious with direct access to the pool from the terrace, making it super convenient for a refreshing dip. The room felt clean and comfortable, and the large bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. The atmosphere was enhanced by the lovely view from the breakfast bar, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout my stay.

The shower could have been cleaner.

The One-Bedroom Cottage Pool Lagoon was pretty comfy, with a nice king-size bed and a clean room. The direct pool access from the terrace was a total win! The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool, but it felt a bit outdated. TV with Netflix was a nice touch too, and the view from the breakfast bar was epic. Just wished the shower and toilet could’ve been cleaner for a 3-star hotel experience.

It was just a fine choice for a fleeting pause in Gili Air with good value considering the price it charged. The staff were really friendly and helped us whenever we asked for something. Don't expect too much from maintenance, just enjoy the island vibes.
